No Wi-Fi or Bluetooth. All data and communication rely on the built-in SIM card.

Do I Need to Pay a Monthly Fee for Fall Detection?

No. All features—including fall detection—are completely free

How does the watch notify me if a fall is detected? Can I make calls?

Fall alerts are sent via app notification—not automatic calls. To make voice calls, you must replace the built-in SIM with your own SIM card that includes both data and voice service.

Is it complicated to set up the watch/app?

It’s very simple. All the instructions are in the user manual. For details, please look at the cover and page 45.
