Please power the peak flow meter off and on again. If the error continues, reach out to our support team. We will verify the issue and process a replacement for you.

Why won’t Bluetooth connect or data sync to the app?

This peak flow meter does not feature Bluetooth or sync with the ePEEF app. You may record your readings manually.

Where are the red/yellow/green backlight indicators?

This device does not have backlighting. Instead, a triangular pointer marks the red, yellow, or green zone for each test.

Note: The pointer will not display if your personal best value is not set correctly.
