Customers find the thermos beautiful and appreciate its design. However, the temperature retention receives mixed feedback – while some say it keeps coffee hot, others note it doesn’t maintain heat for long. Moreover, the quality and size get mixed reviews, with some finding it good while others are disappointed, and several customers report it’s only 8oz instead of the advertised 14oz capacity. Additionally, the thermos is not leak-proof.
