Customers find the luggage scale accurate within a few ounces, easy to use, and convenient for traveling, with one noting it’s easier to use than scales with hooks. They appreciate its compact size, with one describing it as small as a deck of cards, and its ability to measure luggage weight consistently with airport scales. While many customers consider it reliable, some report issues with defective units.
