Customers find the thermos keeps food hot all day and appreciate its perfect size for even small lunchboxes, with plenty of room for 2 cups of soup. Moreover, the product works well for school lunches and customers consider it good value for money. However, the ease of use and leak-proof features receive mixed feedback – while the pressure release valve makes it easy to open, some find it difficult to remove the lid, and while it doesn’t leak, water gets trapped in the lid. Additionally, durability is also mixed, with some finding it durable while others report it breaking after two months of use.
