Customers love this water bottle’s stainless steel construction and appreciate its temperature retention, keeping water super cold and ice frozen for at least 24 hours. The straw system receives positive feedback, with one customer noting the twist mechanism to remove it. While some customers find it easy to clean, others report it’s hard to clean, and while some say it’s durable, others mention it breaks within four months of use. The lid functionality and leakage issues receive mixed reviews.
