Customers find the tumbler keeps drinks warm for a long time and appreciate its cute color. However, the product receives mixed feedback about its size, with some saying it’s perfect while others note it’s not exactly 20 oz. Moreover, the quality and value for money are mixed, with some finding it good for the price while others say it’s not worth the money. Additionally, the lid quality is concerning as it won’t stay open, and durability is poor with reports of the lid breaking in less than a week. The leakage aspect is also mixed, with some reporting no leakage while others experience constant leaks.
