Customers love the backpack’s quality and find it roomy, with one customer mentioning it can fit a MacBook Pro, wallet, and other essentials. The bag receives many compliments for its appearance, comes in multiple colors, and features lots of zipper compartments. While customers appreciate its versatility for travel and day trips, durability is mixed – some say it holds up well while others report straps breaking within a week. The zipper quality receives negative feedback, with customers noting it doesn’t zip all the way and the opening is very narrow.
