Customers love the tumbler’s iridescent bluish purple color and appreciate its temperature retention, keeping drinks hot or cold for hours. The design receives positive feedback, with customers noting it gets many compliments, and they like the locking lid mechanism. However, durability is a concern as the top latch on the lid cracks and breaks off, and customers disagree on whether it’s worth the price.
