Can it be used with non-magnetic cases?

Yes. You can use it with non-magnetic cases by applying the included magnetic adapter ring to your phone or case. (The adapter ring cannot be applied to silicone or textured cases.)

Why does the suction work on glass but not on my walls?

The suction cups require a smooth, non-porous surface to create a strong seal. Walls, especially painted or textured ones, often have microscopic irregularities that prevent a proper seal.

Can I leave it suctioned on the mirror all day?

No, we recommend detaching it when not in use to maintain optimal performance. Remember to regularly check and press when using it for extended periods.

How can I improve the suction strength of the mount?

Press all areas firmly to ensure full contact. If the mount has been used often, rinse the suction cups with warm water to remove dust and restore grip. For safety, do not leave your phone unattended.

Customers find the phone mount easy to put on and off their phones and appreciate its usefulness for content creation. The product receives positive feedback for its quality and versatility. However, the magnetic strength, stability, suction, and value for money show mixed results – while some customers report strong magnetic hold and good suction on clean mirrors, others mention it doesn’t stick well and falls off frequently. Durability is also mixed, with some finding it durable while others report it breaking apart.
