Customers find the travel mug beautiful and appreciate its leather grip, though opinions about its size are mixed. The durability is concerning as the lids break within days and the mug cracks easily when hot items are poured in. Temperature retention and leak-proof performance receive mixed feedback – while some say it keeps drinks hot, others report it doesn’t keep beverages warm, and while some say it doesn’t leak, others mention it drips all over. The lid removal mechanism is problematic, with one customer noting it’s extremely difficult to get off.
