Problem 2: Inaccurate/inaccurate readings?

Answer:Under laboratory conditions, testing with a standard sound source calibrator (NTi Audio XL2+speaker system) showed an error range of ± 1.5 dB, in compliance with IEC 61672-1 Class 2 standard. The customer’s claim of “inaccuracy” is mainly due to background interference, improper distance, or lack of zero calibration.
