How long can it be used after it is fully charged?

When the heating function is used, it can be used for about 1.5 hours; when the heating function is not used, it can be used for about 3 hours. Please fully charge the shiatsu back massager before using it for the first time to get better results.

Can my back massager be used while charging?

When charging, the electric massage pillow will automatically activate the protection program and stop working, so the device cannot be used while charging.

The temperature of the back massager is too high/the massage intensity is too high?

You can put the equipped pillowcase on the massager to reduce the temperature and strength. On the contrary, if the strength/temperature is not high enough, you can experience the original temperature and strength without putting on a pillowcase.

I need a new power adapter, how can I order it?

Please let us know your needs and we can provide you with a power adapter. Please note: You need to use a 5V 2A power adapter to charge the device. This is not included. If necessary, please let us know.
