Customers find the thermos effective at keeping food warm and appreciate its size, being large enough for decent portions while still fitting in lunch totes. The product receives positive feedback for its appearance, functionality, and temperature retention. However, durability and closure issues are significant concerns, with customers reporting that it falls apart easily and the lid won’t close properly. Additionally, leakage is a concern as water gets trapped in the lid, and while some find it easy to clean, others disagree.
