Customers find the stainless steel bottle superior to plastic alternatives and appreciate its temperature retention, holding water cold and sparkling. However, they report issues with it getting stuck in the machine and leaking, particularly with excess CO2 and water escaping. The bottle’s durability receives mixed feedback, with some units lasting over a year while others break easily. Moreover, customers disagree on compatibility with SodaStream devices, with some reporting it doesn’t work with their units. The fit and value for money also receive mixed reviews, with some finding it perfect for their SodaStream while others say it doesn’t match their device, and some consider it worth the purchase while others find it overpriced.
