Customers find the water dispenser easy to use, particularly for puppies, and appreciate its functionality, with one noting it works well for small dog crates. The bottle size receives mixed feedback – while some find it good, others say it’s too small for their needs. Moreover, customers disagree on whether the bottle stays securely attached to the holder and whether it’s worth the money. Additionally, leakage and dripping are significant concerns, with some customers reporting that it doesn’t leak while others say it leaks everywhere, and similarly, while some say it doesn’t drip, others report water pouring out of the bottom.
