Customers find the backpack lightweight, portable, and spacious, with convenient front and water bottle pockets, and appreciate that it folds up into a pocket. The durability receives mixed feedback – while some say it lasts for years, others report it starting to come apart. The storage capacity and zipper quality also get mixed reviews, with customers noting lots of pockets but shallow water bottle pockets, and while some praise the zippers, others find them difficult to use.
