Customers find the water bottle to be of good quality and appreciate its size, being small enough to fit in a handbag. The thermos effectively keeps drinks cold or hot for up to 12 hours, and customers like its portability, with one mentioning the rope handle makes it easy to carry. However, durability is a concern as multiple customers report the lid breaking within a month of use. The leak-proof feature receives mixed feedback, with some finding it totally leak-proof while others report it leaking. While some customers consider it worth the price, others advise against purchasing it.
