Customers love the coffee mug’s ceramic interior and appreciate its excellent size. The temperature retention receives mixed feedback – while it works well for coffee, it doesn’t keep liquids warm for long. Moreover, durability is a concern as the power coating on the handle starts to chip off, and the lid quality is problematic with reports of it popping off and not staying on properly. Additionally, the taste receives positive feedback, with customers noting it doesn’t taste like stainless steel, and leakage is also mixed, with some saying it doesn’t leak while others find it not leak-proof.
