Customers love this backpack for its versatility, being able to use it as both a backpack and a crossbody purse, and appreciate its spacious design with three large pockets and multiple compartments that make it easy to find items. The bag is durable, with customers noting it will last a long time, and they like its true yellow color. While some customers find the zippers smooth, others report issues with cheap quality.
