Customers love the ceramic cup’s quality and appearance, particularly appreciating its colors and material. The temperature retention receives mixed feedback – while some say it keeps coffee hot, others note it doesn’t retain heat well. Moreover, the lid quality is problematic as it doesn’t seal properly, and there are durability concerns with the cap breaking easily. Additionally, the fit is mixed, with customers noting it works well in vehicle cup holders but the lid doesn’t attach tightly.
