Customers find the ceramic mug makes a great gift and appreciate that it fits well in car cup holders. Moreover, they consider it well worth the price. However, the temperature retention and leakage features receive mixed feedback – while some say it keeps drinks warm, others report it doesn’t maintain temperature, and while some praise the seal, others mention the lid leaks. Additionally, customers disagree on the mug’s weight, with some appreciating its good weight while others find it too heavy for a mug.
