Customers find the tote bag’s appearance appealing, noting it’s exactly like the pictures and receives lots of compliments. The bag’s size is versatile, working well as a purse, book bag, or shopping tote, and customers appreciate its spacious interior with a huge pocket and additional zipper pocket. They describe it as super soft and functional, with one customer mentioning it gets softer with each wash. The zipper functionality receives mixed reviews – while some praise the sturdy top zipper, others wish it had a simple center clasp.
