Customers find the neck wrap works well, though the cooling effect receives mixed feedback – while some say it keeps them cool, others report it doesn’t keep them cool. Moreover, the product’s quality, durability, and value for money receive mixed reviews, with some finding it fantastic while others say it’s not worth the money. Additionally, the water absorption and fit aspects are problematic, with one customer noting the beads don’t stay on the neck and another mentioning they don’t absorb much water.
