Customers find the briefcase’s quality excellent and appreciate its versatility, with one mentioning it works as both a shoulder bag and backpack. The size receives mixed feedback – while some say it fits everything they need without being too big, others find it too small for a 13″ MacBook Air. The durability, closure, and stiffness aspects also get mixed reviews, with some finding it sturdy while others report it’s not, and several noting the material is stiff. The storage capacity receives positive feedback for its multiple pockets inside, though one customer mentions it doesn’t have a water bottle compartment.
