Customers find the back massager effective at relieving back pain and stiffness, and appreciate its heat feature. However, the comfort and massage texture receive mixed feedback – while some say it feels nice, others report it causes more pain than relief. Moreover, the durability is concerning as customers say it’s not going to last, and the target area coverage is limited, with one customer noting it doesn’t reach the neck and shoulders. Additionally, opinions on value for money are divided between those who consider it a good value and those who don’t think it’s worth the price.
