Customers like the water bottle’s quality, temperature retention, and design, particularly appreciating its cute witchy kitty pattern. The bottle is good value for money, and customers like its color. The lid closure is problematic as it can pop open accidentally, and while the straw feature is appreciated, some customers find it hard to use. The leakage aspect receives mixed feedback – while some say it doesn’t leak, others report it leaks all over everything.
