Customers find the hand soap delightful-smelling, gentle on skin, and moisturizing without drying out hands. The scent receives positive feedback, with customers particularly liking the lemon variety. However, the pump functionality and ease of use are problematic, with customers reporting that the pumps don’t work and they have to unscrew the top to use it. Moreover, the consistency receives mixed reviews, with some describing it as cloudy and watery, while the foaming properties are also mixed, with some saying it creates great lather while others report it doesn’t lather well.
