Customers find the wearable computer effective and accurate, comparing it to the Fusion timing system, and appreciate its ease of use as a stopwatch. Moreover, the device helps customers get quicker and faster. However, reliability and value for money receive mixed feedback – while some say it does exactly what it claims and consider it great for the price, others find it highly unreliable and not worth the money. Additionally, Bluetooth connectivity is a concern, with customers reporting that the device gets outside of Bluetooth range during use.
