Customers love the mug’s appearance and quality, with one noting it gets many compliments. The temperature retention receives mixed feedback – while some say it keeps drinks hot, others mention it doesn’t stay warm for long. The size is larger than expected, and customers report durability issues with paint chipping off. Additionally, the mug doesn’t fit in car cup holders, and several customers find it not worth the price.
