Customers find the watch suitable for kids, easy to use, and simple to set up. However, the quality and reliability receive mixed feedback – while some love it and say it works well, others find it useless and report it stops working. Moreover, durability is a concern as the watch band breaks within a month, and water resistance is questionable as it’s not recommended for swimming. Additionally, battery life and value for money also get mixed reviews, with some saying it’s good for the price while others find it not worth the money.
