Customers find the thermos easy to open and appreciate its good seal. The temperature retention receives mixed feedback – while some say it keeps food very warm, others report their food being freezing cold by lunchtime. Moreover, durability is a concern as the lid starts falling apart, and functionality is mixed with some saying it works well while others say it doesn’t work as advertised. Additionally, customers disagree on whether it’s worth the money, and while some find it super easy to clean, others find it a bit trickier to clean.
