Customers find this backpack to be better than expected, with lots of room and pockets, and appreciate that it fits everything they need, including 19-inch laptops. Moreover, the backpack is praised for its travel-friendly features, sturdy construction with reinforced braided steel cable handles, and appealing design. However, the zipper quality receives mixed feedback, with some customers finding the zippers heavy-duty while others report them undoing themselves.
