May I ask whether I received two bottles or one, because the picture shows two bottles?

It’s ONE bottle, with 2 Lids. Our picture shows that there are two bottles because we want to show you guys that our glass water bottle is equipped with two lids, one bamboo lid which can be inserted into a straw, and one spout lid with handle.

Can this cup handle hot drinks? Like pouring boiled water/tea into it?

Yes, the MUKOKO cup is suitable for hot beverages such as tea, as well as cold drinks like juice and smoothies.

can this go in the microwave?

This glass water bottle can be placed in the microwave.

The silicone sleeve can withstand high temperatures of 200 degrees celsius.

However, it is not recommended to place the lid and straw in the microwave.

Is this dishwasher safe? Do I need to take off the silicon or not?

Our cups are made of glass and can be put into the dishwasher.

But please remove the lid and silicone cover.

They can be disassembled, please keep them dry and easy to install when putting them on.

How can I get a replacement lid

The lid for this cup is currently not sold separately. If there is a problem with your cup, you can send me a message through Amazon and I will solve the problem for you.

THE PERFECT DESIGN:Reusable water tumblers are made of more harder and sturdy borosilicate glass and wrapped in a silicone sleeve for a good grip.Especially like that the bamboo lid has a silicone bottom that doesn’t contact the liquid inside.
EASY TO CLEAN:Wide mouth daily water bottle or one to use at the gym is easy to hand wash, which is dishwasher safe,BPA Free.Specifications: Cup bottom width: 3.15″; Height: 11″

Customers appreciate the water bottle’s size, noting it’s perfect for daily use, and find it easy to clean with its included brush. The glass construction eliminates plastic concerns, and the silicone sleeve provides a secure grip that doesn’t slip. While some customers find it durable with no cracks, others report it breaking within six months. The leak-proof feature receives mixed feedback, with some reporting no leaks while others experience water spilling everywhere, and opinions on value are divided between those who find it excellent for the money and those who say it’s not worth the price. The straw feature also gets mixed reviews, with some appreciating the straw option while others wish it was made of glass.
