Human-Hand-Inspired Kneading: Each side combines an upper four-finger cluster that moves together with a separate thumb-style node, creating a wrapped kneading motion around the neck and shoulders. Soft silicone contact points provide a more natural-feeling contact surface; the four upper fingers move as one group, not independently.
Three Modes and Adjustable Heat: Choose Gentle, Energizing, or Deep Kneading to match the rhythm you prefer. The upper massage nodes offer heat off, approximately 108°F/42°C, or approximately 113°F/45°C, so warmth can be added or turned off. The three selections are massage programs, not separately rated strength levels.
Hands-Free, Cordless Design: Adjustable shoulder straps extend from 9–27 in/23–68 cm per side and fasten behind the body to help hold the 1.58 lb/718 g main unit in place. The wearable design reduces the need to keep pulling on the straps while seated at home or during an office break.
Rechargeable and Simple to Operate: The 2000mAh battery provides approximately 180 minutes of runtime after an approximately 4-hour charge. Press and hold the main unit for about 3 seconds to power on, choose massage and heat settings on the touchscreen, and use the remote to turn the device off. Each session stops automatically after approximately 15 minutes. Built-in overheat, motor overload, and battery protection support everyday operation.
