Customers love this water bottle for its temperature retention that keeps water cold forever, nice colors, and leak-proof design. Moreover, the bottle receives positive feedback for its appearance and value for money. However, durability and functionality receive mixed reviews – while some find it super durable with a tight seal, others report the lid breaking within the first month and difficulty closing it properly.
