Customers find the thermos keeps beverages consistently hot and appreciate its quality, with one noting it held coffee at a pleasant temperature for over 13 hours. The product is easy to clean and works well for two years, though opinions about its ease of use are mixed – while some find it super easy to use, others say it’s harder than they care for. The leak-proof feature and design receive mixed feedback, with some reporting no leaks while others experience leaks, and while many like the looks, some find it too tall for Keurig machines.
