Customers find the lunch box excellent for work, school, and travel, with good heating performance that keeps food piping hot. The functionality and size receive positive feedback, and customers consider it worth the money. However, durability and battery life show mixed results – while some find it strong, others report durability issues, and while some praise the battery, others mention it only keeps charge for a few minutes.
