How to – Pre-Cool/Heat

For best results pre-cool or heat.Fill with either ice or hot water then replace the lid.Empty after 5min and fill with your chosen cold or hot drink .Screw on the lid tightly and rotate the top disc to the closed position to retain temperature whilst traveling.Enjoy

If filling with hot liquid, fill at arm’s length to prevent accidental scaling and do not over fill.Refer to barista measurement lines on inside of flask when filling.Do not fill past measurement line.
