Customers find the thermos to be of good quality, keeping water cold all day and being easy to clean, with the straw staying clean. Moreover, they consider it well worth the money, particularly noting that replacement straws are affordable, and find it suitable for kids, especially for preschool use. However, the durability receives mixed feedback – while some say it holds up in the dishwasher, others report the lid breaking after just a couple of months. The leak-proof feature also gets mixed reviews, with some saying it doesn’t leak while others disagree.
