Customers like the coffee mug’s design, temperature retention, and size, with one noting it’s larger than a 12-ounce cup. The color receives positive feedback, and the functionality works well. However, durability is a concern as the lids break after a short period of time. Moreover, the insulation quality is mixed, with some finding it nice while others say it’s not very insulated. Additionally, the lid functionality is problematic, with one customer noting it’s not removable for cleaning.
