Customers like this backpack’s quality, capacity, and versatility for work and travel, with plenty of space for books and papers and the ability to wear it as a backpack. The size and pockets receive positive feedback, with one customer noting the deep pocket design. While some customers find the zippers work well without sticking or bunching, others report issues with zippers breaking, and durability concerns include reports of the bag falling apart. Value for money opinions are mixed, with some considering it a great buy while others find it super cheap.
